Where can I purchase ALPINA products or replacement parts for my ALPINA products?
You can buy all ALPINA products and any necessary replacement parts in sporting goods stores. You can easily find the expert dealers near you using the ALPINA store locator. If you need a replacement part for your ALPINA product, your dealer will be happy to order it for you. If available, it will be delivered within a week.
Please note that ALPINA itself does not accept orders from or make direct deliveries to end customers.
How to return products for warranty or where to get spare parts (dealers only)?
Product returns under warranty can only be returned by our specialty retailers. All warranty shipments - without any exceptions - shall be sent to the following address:

We cannot accept any warranty returns or shipments to our administration office in Sulzemoos, (Hirschbergstrasse). Please note that ALPINA cannot accept direct warranty shipments or claims for repair for consumers. All of these shipments and claims need to be handled through our specialty retailers.
Do ALPINA products come with a guarantee?
All ALPINA products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and are subject to strict, in-house inspections which often exceed any legal requirements. Should your product have defects in spite of these precautions, contact your appropriate sporting goods dealer with your warranty claims (legal warranty period as of 2009: 2 years) and repair requests.
