The lenses of the adapter must be ground in by an optician according to your own visual impairment. This is possible in a diopter range from +4.0 to -4.0. The adapter is clipped onto the nose wing of the TWIST FIVE from the inside and can be taken off again just as easily when the sports glasses are used in conjunction with contact lenses.
